When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipments are mailed from Long Island, NY so your delivery time will vary depending on where you are located.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order's location.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States of America.

How is natural soap made?

Naturally made soap is created by a traditional method of saponifying vegetable-based oils and butters with an alkali called Sodium Hydroxide. This is call cold-process soap making. After curing for several weeks, this transformed mixture is ready for use as a rich cleansing agent without harsh chemicals like those that are found in commercially made body washes and bars.

Do you use any synthetic ingredients?

We do use some synthetic ingredients. Some of the added fragrances we use are skin-safe fragrances and are considered synthetic. If you prefer products without synthetic ingredients, please see our offerings scented using pure essential oils.
